The cart is entirely made of stainless steel
with a stainless steel, marble or synthetic marble countertop.
4 metal poles support the roof frame and its canopy. It is
equipped with 4 wheels, 2 of which have brakes, to ensure the
mobility and stability of the cart.
It houses a stainless steel refrigeration unit with a 390-liter
capacity, half of which is allocated to the storage and transfer
of the crêpe batter (one container for each type of batter – wheat,
buckwheat, etc.) and the other half to the storage of perishables,
with an adjustable shelf.
Each container is connected to a pump that doses the batter
and dispenses it onto the crêpe griddle.
The
countertop
2 stainless steel, brass or ceramic columns
dispense the programmed batter through 2 metal tubes per column
(1 per type of batter – wheat, buckwheat, etc.)
On the left side of the countertop, 3 refrigerated insert
pans for the storage of savory ingredients, such as ham, cheese,
mushrooms, eggs, etc.
To the right of the 2 crêpe griddles, a series of plastic
bottles for the sugars, jams, honey and caramel, 1 clear lid
to cover and store the crêpes, 1 insert pan and 1 Nutella
warmer.
A pad to grease the griddle, 1 receptacle for the crêpe
paddle, 1 spatula.
A barrier between the customer and the heated area, with 4
poles and 3 altuglass sneeze guards.
 The

Hygiene 
The batter is kept in refrigerated containers,
protected from any outside elements and any risk of pollution.
Once the batter is in the container, it is sealed and no human
contact is necessary until the batter is transferred to the
griddle.
The system is self-cleaning, by simply replacing the batter
with water and a food-standard cleaning product, which is then
circulated by pushing on the pump. Rinse with fresh water to
complete. Cleaning of the non-drip systems at the extremity
of each product arrival point.
Easy
to use 
By simply pressing on a switch-type knob,
the desired quantity of batter is automatically dropped into
the center of the griddle. Simply spread the batter around.
Automatic
dosage 
Thanks to a system of pumps with a dosage
adapted to each of the products used, you can draw up the exact
quantity of batter required.
- A display system

This system allows you to vary the quantity
of batter required in a matter of seconds. This program also
allows you to lock the quantity to be dispensed.
Example: Quantity required = 110 grams. The lock is temporarily
programmed. If someone else tries to modify this number, 110
grams will continue to be dispensed, since a secret access
code is required to make any modifications.
Refrigeration 
A 390-liter refrigerated unit allows you to
be in complete compliance with health and environmental standards.
Your different batters – wheat, buckwheat, waffle – and
liquid egg for omelets are protected and at regulation temperature
24 hours per day.
There is also a spot planned for the storage of your crêpe
fillings.
Control 
A counter is fitted to the end of each dosing
pump. At the end of the day, it allows you to count the number
of doses and therefore the number of crêpes sold, thanks
to an access with a personalized code.
Adaptability 
Crêpes 1900 is a new concept that can
be adapted to your requirements. It is available as a cart
or simply integrated into your crêperie or restaurant.
The countertop and its housing are designed for the number
of products that you wish to use. We can adapt our supplies
and services according to your wishes (cart dimensions, built-in
modules, number of products desired, etc.)
